Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all ticket purchases for and participation in events organized by Recruit-ME Recruitment Made Easy.

2. Organizer

3. Tickets

Tickets are sold via third-party ticket platforms. A ticket is confirmed once the ticket platform has confirmed your purchase. The terms of the respective ticket platform apply in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

4. Ticket prices

Ticket prices may vary depending on the ticket type, such as Early Bird or Regular Ticket. The price shown at the time of purchase applies.

5. Payment

Payment is processed by the respective ticket platform. The payment methods offered there apply.

6. Refunds and cancellations

Tickets are generally non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer. If the event is postponed, tickets may remain valid for the new date or another solution may be offered. Refunds are made via the ticket platform.

7. Event changes

The organizer reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event schedule, venue, program, music, activities or partners where necessary.

8. Admission

Admission may be refused if a participant behaves inappropriately, violates house rules, appears heavily intoxicated or creates a safety concern. The venue’s house rules also apply.

9. Photos and videos

Photos and videos may be taken during the event for documentation, event communication, marketing and social media. Participants who do not wish to appear in published material should inform the organizer before or during the event.

10. Personal responsibility

Participation in the event is at the participant’s own responsibility. The organizer is not liable for personal belongings, loss, theft or damages caused by participants or third parties, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

11. Community standards

MUC Afterwork Club is designed to be a respectful, open and welcoming environment. Discriminatory, aggressive, harassing or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

12. Final provisions

German law applies. If individual provisions of these Terms & Conditions are invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
