4. Contact form, email and social media

If you contact us via the form on this website, by email or via social media, we process the information you provide, such as your name, where you are from, your email address and your message, in order to answer your request. The message from the form is sent by email to our mailbox; no copy is kept on the web server. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your request concerns a ticket or taking part in an event, otherwise our legitimate interest in answering it under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the information as soon as it is no longer needed for your request and no statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Tickets via ticket platforms

Tickets for our events are sold via third-party ticket platforms, not on this website. When you buy a ticket there, the platform processes your data (for example name, email address and payment details) under its own terms and privacy policy. As the organizer we receive the information needed to run the event, such as your name, email address and ticket type, to check admission and to inform you about changes to the event. Payment details are processed by the platform; we do not receive them. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

6. Photos and videos at events

Photos and videos may be taken during our events for documentation, event communication, marketing and social media purposes. Photos and videos showing identifiable persons are personal data. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in documenting and presenting our events under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. If you do not wish to appear in published material, please inform us before or during the event. For close-up photos, interviews or individual portraits, we will ask separately where appropriate.

7. Links to Instagram and TikTok

Our website links to Instagram and TikTok. These are simple links, not embedded plugins: no data is transmitted to these platforms when you visit this website. Only when you click a link do you reach the respective platform; its operator is responsible for its own data processing.
